Opti-Forms has been supplying finished optical assemblies utilizing precision jigs and fixturing for over 20 years. This extensive experience has allowed us to create systems that facilitate ease of mounting while still maintaining very precise optical accuracies.
Our precision assemblies are used in many application areas; including aviation, searchlights, projection systems and many others.
Even though Opti-Forms has a standard array of mounts, it can also provide custom designs to meet specific customer needs . By utilizing these mounts a customer can be assured of precise, easy, and repeatable mounting in most all applications.

CAD for Custom Designed Reflector Assemblies
Opti-Forms has computer-aided design engineering facilities for 2D and 3D parametric component design for fast turn-around of new products, asssemblies, and/or tooling. Computer generated geometry is easily transformed into master tooling utilizing "in house" CNC machining technology.
