    Optiforms design engineering and manufacturing operation provides precise electroformed and optical products to the lighting, aerospace, military, industrial and opto-electronics markets. Optiforms optical reflector products are manufactured to the highest tolerances for maximum physical and operational performance. We can easily customize nearly any stock or custom electroform to meet your system specifications, from ultraviolet through the visible spectrum, and into the infrared region, in addition to your non-optical mechanical assemblies. Our integrated operation can supply you with the application of a large selection of thin film coatings for these products, utilizing electro-deposition techniques as your production partner. Optiforms can help you if your application requires a supplier of precision, rugged and economical reflector assemblies with thin film coating capability.

    An elliptical reflector is a light control device that collects light rays generated from a primary focal point and directs it to a secondary focal point.

    Custom CA and V DIA dimensions other than those listed are easily accomplished by fabricating prescribed process tooling at a nominal fee.

Stock reflectors are coated with electrodeposited bright rhodium. Custom vacuum or electrodeposited coatings are also available for specialized applications.

*Please note that all ORC dimensions are subject to Optiforms verification to determine stated ORC accuracy with the actual master tool that has been acquired by Optiforms from Perkin-Elmer ORC. Our electroforming process creates reflectors in either electroformed nickel or electroformed copper.
