Our unique process of electroforming affords the production of exotic, complex shapes at substantial cost savings over other conventional manufacturing processes such as grinding, diamond turning or other single point machining.
Since electroforming is a replication process, these complex shapes can be produced in volume at a fraction of the cost of these conventional optical fabrication techniques. Each electroform replication will exhibit equal physical and optical characteristics for a uniform consistency in product quality.
Aspheric contours generated by computer designs and conic sections such as paraboloids, ellipsoids, hyperboloids and off-axis segments can be produced in volume with repeated accuracy.
